В декабре текущего года денежные средства в виде региональных социальных доплат к пенсии получат не менее 548 тыс. человек. Распределение субсидий из федерального бюджета на софинансирование соответствующих расходов утверждено Распоряжением Правительства РФ от 19 ноября № 3262-р1. Выделение дополнительных средств субъектам РФ обусловлено увеличением числа получателей социальных доплат на их территориях.
Наиболее крупные суммы будут направлены Приморскому и Забайкальскому краям – 275 млн руб. и 206 млн руб. – и Республике Бурятия – 150 млн руб.
Напомним, в соответствии с ч. 5 ст. 12.1 Федерального закона от 17 июля 1999 г. № 178-ФЗ «О государственной социальной помощи» региональная социальная доплата к пенсии назначается неработающему пенсионеру, если общая сумма его материального обеспечения не достигает установленной в данном регионе величины прожиточного минимума для соответствующей категории граждан.
